£61,600 - £92,400/year
What you'll do:
Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
- Initiate creative changes to the recruiting strategy.
- Track and analyze metrics to report on hiring progress.
- Focus on sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance candidate experience.
Minimum requirements:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience.
- Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
- Data-driven problem-solving approach.
- Growth mindset and adaptability.
