Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in Dublin HQ.

Compensation:

£61,600 - £92,400/year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
• Initiate creative changes to the recruiting strategy.
• Track and analyze metrics to report on hiring progress.
• Focus on sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance candidate experience.

Minimum requirements:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience.
• Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
