Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while advising leadership on talent strategy and market insights.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies.
• Build partnerships with various departments to scale hiring across Stripe.
• Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding and referral initiatives.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics to drive decisions and improve processes.

Who you are:

• 8 - 12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Strong initiative with the ability to navigate complex environments.
• Proven track record of engaging passive talent and building pipelines.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting, utilizing market trends and internal metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
