Staff Product Designer

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$210,400 - $315,600/year

What you'll do:

Lead end-to-end design work, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver user-centered designs that enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces.
• Design, prototype, and test intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers.
• Craft high-quality UIs that set the bar for design excellence.
• Share work in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback.
• Collaborate with UX Research to inform design decisions.

Who you are:

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance user needs and business goals.
• Skilled in presenting design decisions to leadership.
