Staff Product Designer, Payments

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$191,300 - $286,900 per year

What you'll do:

Lead design for the Payments Dashboard team, collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape user experiences and create intuitive solutions for payment acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Articulate compelling product vision for horizontal problems
• Collaborate across design, product, and engineering to shape strategy and roadmaps
• Manage high level stakeholders across design, product, and engineering
• Lead design workstreams and team rituals
• Push the boundaries on craft and quality for Payments Dashboard experiences

Who you are:

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in a tech, product-driven company with strong visual and interaction design skills.

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in turning ambiguous problems into intuitive solutions
• Ability to translate business objectives into customer-centered design opportunities

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech products
