Compensation:
$224,000 - $336,000/year
What you'll do:
Own the technical strategy and architecture for Identity's core systems, lead platform development, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure system reliability and security.
Responsibilities:
- Define architecture for Identity's core systems.
- Architect new systems including the Identity Store and fraud detection pipeline.
- Collaborate with teams across Stripe to align technical efforts.
- Set engineering standards and mentor senior engineers.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of systems.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in API design and building developer products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in languages such as Ruby, Typescript, Python, and frameworks like React.
