Compensation:
$225,900 - $338,900
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction on business strategy leveraging data science expertise.
- Lead technical direction for data teams on experimentation and forecasting.
- Identify company-wide problems that can be addressed through data science.
- Contribute to the strategy and vision of the data science team.
- Mentor data science talent for professional growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of data science experience or equivalent.
- B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
- Experience with causal inference techniques.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Growth, Marketing Measurement, or Sales Automation teams.
- End-to-end development of machine learning frameworks.
