Staff Data Scientist

This role is based in New York, with options for hybrid or remote work.

Compensation:

$225,900 - $338,900/year

Responsibilities:

• Guide cross-functional partners on business strategy leveraging data science expertise.
• Lead data teams on technical areas including experimentation and forecasting.
• Identify and tackle company-wide problems through data science initiatives.
• Mentor data science talent and promote best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of data science experience or equivalent.
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Experience with causal inference techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Growth, Marketing Measurement, or Sales Automation teams.
• End-to-end development of machine learning frameworks.
