Staff Data Analyst

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

Compensation:

$179,000 - $268,400/year

Responsibilities:

Define metrics and analytical frameworks for risk products, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure data investments align with the product roadmap.

You will own the definition and reliability of key risk metrics, build and maintain infrastructure for accurate data, and evolve the risk experimentation strategy.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Data Analytics or related roles
• Experience in defining data strategy and designing experimentation frameworks
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Ability to communicate findings to executive stakeholders
