Staff Data Analyst

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

Compensation:

$179,000 - $268,400/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture reviews and set analytical standards for data systems.
• Own complex cross-cutting analytical problems and drive data quality initiatives.
• Define long-term technical vision for analytics infrastructure.
• Mentor teams and raise the technical bar for analytical work.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis or related fields.
• Deep expertise in SQL and data infrastructure.
• Strong communication and influence skills.
