Staff Data Analyst

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$179,000 - $268,400 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture reviews and set analytical standards.
• Own complex cross-cutting analytical problems.
• Drive data quality and consistency initiatives.
• Shape long-term technical vision for analytics infrastructure.
• Mentor teams and raise the technical bar.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis or related fields.
• Deep expertise in SQL and data infrastructure.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong communication and influence skills.
