Senior Staff Engineer- Core Infrastructure

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Compensation:

A$264,000 - A$396,000/year

What you'll do:

Drive technical roadmaps for large cross-cutting efforts, collaborate with various teams, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own technical roadmaps for Core Infrastructure.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships across multiple teams.
• Make impactful contributions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop engineers and managers.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading company-wide initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in mentoring and developing talent.

Tech stack:

Databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL), AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, container orchestration.
