Risk Operations Associate

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

• Work with merchants to investigate and triage escalations.
• Own operational processes related to risk user experience.
• Utilize analytics to optimize strategies across Stripe's portfolio.
• Identify gaps in current systems and recommend enhancements.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role related to operations or risk.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics.
• Experience in SQL/Redshift and project management.
• Passionate about improving the risk user experience.
