S$105,600 - S$158,400
What you'll do:
Conduct risk reviews for Greater China users, investigate fraud and compliance risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct unified risk reviews for Greater China users at onboarding.
- Work directly with users to validate documentation and assess supportability.
- Conduct periodic investigations on high-risk accounts.
- Identify gaps in current systems and recommend enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational processes.
- Investigate and remediate incidents related to fraud and compliance risks.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of experience in risk investigations.
- 1+ year leading risk-related projects.
- Fluency in Mandarin for user communication.
- Experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintechs in APAC.
