This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$130,200 - $195,200 per year

What you'll do:

• Architect and run searches end-to-end, collaborating with hiring managers.
• Design candidate experiences and influence leaders on hiring standards.
• Build recruiting processes that enable speed without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and high judgment about talent.
