Compensation:

$143,200 - $214,800 per year

What you'll do:

Architect and run searches end-to-end, shape roles with hiring managers, source exceptional talent, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and run searches end-to-end.
• Apply judgment and taste at every decision point.
• Design candidate experiences with craft.
• Influence and calibrate leaders on hiring standards.
• Build recruiting processes and tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work autonomously.
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates.
• Strong communication skills.
