This role is based in New York.

Compensation:

$143,200 - $214,800 per year

What you'll do:

Responsible for hiring top talent in engineering, sales, marketing, business development, customer success, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Engage high-caliber candidates through various channels.
• Manage the entire recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements.

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting for GTM or Technical roles.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth companies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
