$143,200 - $214,800 per year
What you'll do:
Responsible for hiring top talent in engineering, sales, marketing, business development, customer success, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Engage high-caliber candidates through various channels.
- Manage the entire recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements.
Minimum requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven success recruiting for GTM or Technical roles.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth companies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
