Product Lead, Issuing

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$268,000 - $402,000 per year

What you'll do:

Lead product development for card issuance systems, design user-facing APIs, and collaborate with global users and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Stripe Issuing.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
• Coach and mentor your team on product requirements and execution.

Who you are:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years managing product managers.
• Experience leading cross-team initiatives and technical products.
• Strong communication skills and user empathy.
