What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end design work, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs.
- Design, prototype, and test intuitive experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers.
- Craft high-quality UIs.
- Share work in design reviews and contribute to feedback culture.
- Work with UX Research to validate design decisions.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of relevant product design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals.
- Experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
- Ability to balance user needs and business goals.
- Strong communication skills.
