Product Design Manager, Connect

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$194,900 - $292,300 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a design team working on business-critical tools and products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Build and scale a team of designers.
• Advocate for design excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience leading design teams in B2B products.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
