Partner Development Manager

This role is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Compensation:

A$171,000 - A$256,600/year

What you'll do:

Develop partner strategies, manage key aspects of partner relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic financial partnerships and drive execution of joint initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create and execute partner strategies.
• Develop and grow relationships with partners, including senior executives.
• Ensure adherence to risk and compliance obligations.

Minimum requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience related to payments.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-functional projects.
