Partner Development Manager, Alliances & Channels (Netherlands)

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Compensation:

€90,000 - €135,000

What you'll do:

Develop and manage partnerships, execute partner strategies, and drive revenue growth through collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the partner ecosystem in the region
• Recruit and manage a portfolio of partners
• Execute Stripe’s partner strategy
• Work with technical teams to ensure partner proficiency
• Optimize partner performance through business reviews

Requirements:

• 7+ years in partnership or sales management
• Track record of developing partnerships
• Strong negotiation skills with C-level executives
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Bachelor’s Degree
