Operations Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in London with responsibilities for recruiting in Dublin.

Compensation:

€68,800 - €103,200 per year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
• Track and analyze metrics; report on hiring progress regularly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Who you are:

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
