S$208,000 - S$312,000/year
What you'll do:
Lead a high-performing incident response team, coordinate incident resolution, and improve processes and tooling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of frontline incident response managers
- Coordinate and manage incident resolution
- Facilitate post-incident reviews
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years in Major Incident Management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve complex issues
