What you'll do:

Lead a team responsible for incident response, manage incident resolution, and improve related processes and tooling.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of frontline incident response managers
  • Coordinate and manage incident resolution with cross-functional collaboration
  • Facilitate post-incident reviews and contribute to root cause analysis

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct people management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Major Incident Management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity

Preferred qualifications:

  • Technical background with proficiency in SQL or similar query languages
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies
