Compensation:
S$208,000 - S$312,000/year
What you'll do:
Lead a team responsible for incident response, manage incident resolution, and improve related processes and tooling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of frontline incident response managers
- Coordinate and manage incident resolution with cross-functional collaboration
- Facilitate post-incident reviews and contribute to root cause analysis
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct people management experience
- 3+ years of experience in Major Incident Management
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
Preferred qualifications:
- Technical background with proficiency in SQL or similar query languages
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience in high-growth technology companies
