Internal Audit, Head of Regulatory Compliance Audit

This role is based in Singapore.

Compensation:

$214,400 - $321,600 per year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global audit plan focused on regulatory compliance risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of regulatory compliance auditors.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on payment regulations.
• Oversee regulatory compliance audits and communicate findings to senior management.
• Build relationships with compliance officers and external regulators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Law.
• 10-15 years of experience in internal audit with a focus on regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience managing a team of auditors.
• Deep understanding of payment processing industry regulations.
• Professional certifications such as CRCM or CIA are preferred.
