Internal Audit, Head of Professional Practices

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$162,400 - $243,600 per year

What you'll do:

• Manage strategic planning and goal-setting for the audit function
• Develop and maintain audit methodology
• Prepare reporting for key stakeholders
• Lead process improvement initiatives
• Mentor audit staff on professional practices

Who you are:

• 10-15 years in internal audit with leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of risk-based audit methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA)
