Internal Audit, Head of Professional Practices

This role is based in London, UK.

Compensation:

$162,400 - $243,600/year

Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic planning and key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain audit methodology.
• Prepare reporting for stakeholders, including the Audit Committee.
• Implement internal quality assurance processes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and train audit staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10-15 years in internal audit with management experience.
• Deep knowledge of risk-based audit methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the banking/financial industry.
