IC Design Director, Experiential

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$206,900 - $310,300 per year

What you'll do:

• Lead design direction on all of Stripe’s internal event experiences.
• Build scalable approaches for brand experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and event marketers.
• Oversee creative strategy and production with external teams.
• Mentor designers and help shape the strategic vision for experiences at Stripe.

Who you are:

• 8+ years of design and art direction experience.
• Strong strategic acumen for building brand experiences.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for user-first design.
