Head of Holistic Risk Oversight

This role is based in London.

Compensation:

£127,200 - £190,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for risk oversight across operational, financial, and strategic domains.
• Lead oversight of critical risk domains and support in-depth assessments of key risk areas.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders to enhance understanding of risk and control areas.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of risk management professionals.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in compliance and/or risk management, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of payments and financial technology.
• Proven track record of developing risk management strategies at an enterprise level.
