$185,400 - $278,200 per year
What you'll do:
Define the vision for global equity programs, manage a distributed team, and ensure compliance with global equity laws.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Global Equity Management (GEM) team and define its scope and goals.
- Oversee a globally distributed team, ensuring success through guidance and coaching.
- Optimize global equity policies and processes, anticipating industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal partners to design and implement global equity processes.
- Manage large global equity projects and ensure tax compliance.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in global equity management.
- CEP Level 3 designation required.
- Strong knowledge of global equity laws and experience with external providers.
