Head of Enterprise Sales, Existing Business - AMER

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$415,400 - $623,000 per year

What you'll do:

• Drive sales growth through leadership and execution of regional Enterprise programs.
• Oversee the expansion of Stripe’s existing enterprise footprint.
• Develop and refine the Americas Enterprise strategy.
• Lead a team of Regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Account Executives.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in high-growth technology environments.
• Ability to hire and coach a high-performance sales team.
