Head of Compensation Design

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$202,900 - $304,300 per year

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a team in designing global compensation programs.
• Oversee annual compensation planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compensation policies.
• Manage market pricing activities and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 10+ years of experience in global compensation programs.
• Experience with compensation strategy and incentive program design.
• Knowledge of current market trends in compensation.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
