What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop strategies.
Implement changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
Develop sourcing plans to engage top talent.
Conduct market research on talent trends in EMEA.

Who you are:

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and ability to build relationships with senior leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
