GTM Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in Dublin HQ.

Compensation:

€68,800 - €103,200/year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop strategies.
• Implement changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
• Develop sourcing plans to engage top talent.
• Conduct market research on talent trends in EMEA.

Who you are:

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and ability to build relationships with senior leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
