What you'll do:
Grow and scale the Go-to-Market (GTM) team by owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies for GTM teams in EMEA.
- Implement creative changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics for transparency with leadership.
- Develop sourcing plans to engage top talent.
- Conduct market research to inform recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless candidate experience.
Minimum requirements:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
- Strong drive to identify and engage top talent.
- Proven ability to utilize data insights for process refinement.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
