What you'll do:

Grow and scale the Go-to-Market (GTM) team by owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies for GTM teams in EMEA.
  • Implement creative changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics for transparency with leadership.
  • Develop sourcing plans to engage top talent.
  • Conduct market research to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless candidate experience.

Minimum requirements:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
  • Strong drive to identify and engage top talent.
  • Proven ability to utilize data insights for process refinement.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
