GTM Recruiter, EMEA

This role is based in Dublin HQ.

Compensation:

€68,800 - €103,200/year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and enhance candidate experience for the GTM teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
• Implement changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to engage top talent.
• Conduct market research to inform recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting.
• Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
