GTM Recruiter, EMEA

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Compensation:

€68,800 - €103,200/year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and enhance candidate experience for the GTM team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
• Implement creative changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing regular reports.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends in EMEA.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication skills, business proficiency in English.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to utilize data insights to refine recruiting processes.
