GTM Recruiter, EMEA

This role is based in Dublin HQ, with responsibilities including partnering with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies, tracking recruiting metrics, and executing sourcing plans.

Compensation:

£61,600 - £92,400/year

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
• Propose and implement changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing regular reports.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends in EMEA.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to utilize data insights to refine recruiting processes.
• Flexibility in shifting tasks and priorities.
