Growth Marketing - Stripe Publishing

This role is based in Paris, France.

Compensation:

£75,200 - £112,800/year

What you'll do:

Your primary goal will be to grow the reach of Works in Progress and Stripe Press, developing and executing a growth strategy across both brands.

Responsibilities:

• Run growth, partnerships, and marketing for Works in Progress and Stripe Press.
• Produce and implement a clear growth plan covering target audience, channels, budget, and success metrics.
• Experiment with various channels and optimize spending based on effectiveness.
• Develop a social strategy to increase reach and audience share.
• Seek out and manage partnerships to promote books and magazines.
• Track results and share updates after major campaigns.

Who you are:

5+ years of experience in a senior growth-focused role for a startup, ideally in media, with a strong track record.
