Go-To-Market Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

Compensation:

CA$100,800 - CA$151,200/year

What you'll do:

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, conduct market research, partner with senior leaders, track recruiting metrics, and enhance recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage top talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market research to inform recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve hiring objectives.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress.
• Implement scalable changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.

Who you are:

Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a data-driven approach to recruiting.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools.
