Compensation:

A$115,200 - A$172,800/year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, develop hiring strategies, and enhance candidate experience for the Go-to-Market teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives.
• Implement creative changes to recruiting strategies.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans for top talent.
• Conduct market research on talent trends in APAC.

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
