What you'll do:
Own full-cycle recruiting, develop hiring strategies, and enhance candidate experience for the Go-to-Market teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives.
- Implement creative changes to recruiting strategies.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans for top talent.
- Conduct market research on talent trends in APAC.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
