Compensation:

$114,400 - $171,600/year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent.
  • Conduct market research to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics for transparency.
  • Implement creative changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.

Minimum requirements:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting.
