What you'll do:
Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and enhance candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies.
- Implement changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans for top talent.
- Conduct market research on talent trends in APAC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for candidate experience.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting processes.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
