Go-To-Market Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in London, focusing on recruiting for the Go-to-Market teams at Stripe.

Compensation:

£61,600 - £92,400 per year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, develop recruiting strategies, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives.
• Implement creative changes to recruiting strategies.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans.
• Conduct market research on talent trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless candidate experience.

Who you are:

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and strong relationship-building abilities.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
