Go-To-Market Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in London, focusing on recruiting for the Go-to-Market (GTM) team.

Compensation:

€68,800 - €103,200 per year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and enhance candidate experience by partnering with senior leaders and implementing effective recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop strategies.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing regular reports.
• Conduct market research to inform recruiting strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
