£61,600 - £92,400/year
What you'll do:
Own full-cycle recruiting for the Go-to-Market team, develop hiring strategies, and enhance candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring objectives.
- Implement changes to enhance recruiting strategy.
- Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress.
- Develop sourcing plans for top talent.
- Conduct market research on talent trends in EMEA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for candidate experience.
Who you are:
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
