This role is based in Singapore, focusing on partnerships in the APAC region.

Compensation:

S$160,000 - S$240,000/year

What you'll do:

  • Counsel global partnerships teams to build relationships with financial institutions and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with various teams to structure, draft, and negotiate key deals.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer, preferably with financial institutions or technology companies.
  • Strong drafting skills and ability to communicate practical solutions.
  • Excellent judgment and project management abilities.
