$187,500 - $281,300/year
What you'll do:
Build internal tools that improve employee productivity, collaborate with various teams, and manage end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with technically sophisticated engineers focused on user needs.
- Own solutions from end to end, engaging with stakeholders.
- Use metrics to determine priorities and measure effectiveness.
- Maintain high engineering standards and mentor team members.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of industry experience.
- 2+ years building web experiences with frameworks like React or Vue.
- Experience across full stack development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Ruby, TypeScript, and React.
- Track record of shipping LLM-powered experiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and make informed decisions.
