Compensation:

$187,500 - $281,300/year

What you'll do:

Build internal tools that improve employee productivity, collaborate with various teams, and manage end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with technically sophisticated engineers focused on user needs.
  • Own solutions from end to end, engaging with stakeholders.
  • Use metrics to determine priorities and measure effectiveness.
  • Maintain high engineering standards and mentor team members.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • 2+ years building web experiences with frameworks like React or Vue.
  • Experience across full stack development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Ruby, TypeScript, and React.
  • Track record of shipping LLM-powered experiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and make informed decisions.
