F&S Specialist

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with business leaders to drive successful outcomes.
• Support and influence key strategic and business decisions.
• Drive reporting and process discipline for finance routines.
• Build and own models for in-depth analyses.
• Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance.

Who you are:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
