Fraud Quality Associate

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

• Conduct quality evaluations of Risk [Fraud Operations] review cases
• Oversee and refine Quality evaluation plans
• Draft and circulate detailed monthly QA reports
• Work cross-functionally with senior Risk stakeholders
• Maintain clear and organized documentation
• Drive improvements to the quality oversight program

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance within a Risk environment
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-moving operational environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge in payments and the fintech industry
• Familiarity with SQL
