Responsibilities
- Identify and document the highest-leverage workflow transformations...
- Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills...
- Coach and partner with each marketer...
- Teach marketers to build and iterate on their own tools...
- Recognize patterns across your cohort...
- Document every tool, playbook, and transformation pattern...
- Share wins visibly within your cohort...
- Track individual and cohort progress rigorously...
- Prepare marketers for an agentic future...

Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience...
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered agents...
- Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms...
- Strong written and verbal communication skills...
- Comfort working across multiple workstreams...
- Track record of coaching, teaching, or enabling others...
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a formal AI transformation role...
- Experience helping people become more expert AI users...
